By placing an order on WellnessHampton.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. 1) About Wellness Hampton Wellness Hampton provides wellness education, coaching, and telehealth-style services focused on nutrition, lifestyle, emotional well-being, and integrative health support. I do not provide emergency care. 2) Not Medical Advice / No Emergency Services Information on this Site and in digital products is for educational purposes and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. 3) Telehealth & Communication Telehealth services depend on technology and may occasionally be interrupted or unavailable. Email and text are for scheduling and non-urgent communication only and are not monitored 24/7. 4) Payments All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified. 5) Digital Products Digital products (eBooks, downloads, and digital materials) are delivered electronically. All digital sales are final once delivered or access is granted, except where required by law. 6) Memberships / Programs Memberships and program access are non-refundable once access is granted, unless otherwise stated on the offer page or required by law. You may cancel future renewals anytime (if applicable). 7) Booking, Cancellation & Late Policy Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with a full refund if requested 24+ hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Late arrivals will be seen for the remaining scheduled time only; sessions end at the scheduled end time and are charged in full. 8) Third-party fulfillment (Fullscript supplements) If you choose to purchase supplements through Fullscript, those purchases are processed and fulfilled directly by Fullscript under their own terms, policies, and customer support. 9) Third-party fulfillment (Myndlift device) If you purchase the Myndlift device through my site, it is fulfilled and shipped by Myndlift (or their fulfillment partner). Returns, replacements, and warranty-related issues are handled according to the fulfillment provider’s return/warranty process. 10) Intellectual Property All content on this Site and in digital products is owned by Wellness Hampton or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission. 11) Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellness Hampton is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, services, or products. 12) Contact Questions? Return Policy

Because most items sold on WellnessHampton.com are digital (eBooks, downloads, memberships, courses, and program access), all digital sales are final once delivered or access is granted, except where required by law. Digital products (eBooks / Downloads) • No returns or refunds once your purchase is completed and the file is delivered or available for download. • If you have trouble accessing your file, email me at julia@wellnesshampton.com, and I’ll help you resolve it. Memberships / Courses / Programs • Payments are non-refundable once access is granted, unless otherwise stated on the specific offer page or required by law. • You can cancel future renewals anytime (if applicable) through your account or by contacting me. Physical product (Myndlift device) If you purchase the Myndlift device through my site, it is fulfilled and shipped by Myndlift (or their fulfillment partner). Returns, replacements, and warranty-related issues are handled in accordance with the fulfillment provider’s return/warranty process. If something arrives damaged or malfunctions, contact me at julia@wellnesshampton.com, and I’ll help coordinate next steps with the provider.
Digital Product Policy

Digital products purchased on WellnessHampton.com (including PDF eBooks, downloads, and digital course materials) are delivered electronically after payment is processed. Delivery • Your download link and/or access details are sent to the email address you enter at checkout. • Please double-check your email address to avoid delivery issues. • If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder. Access support If you have trouble accessing your purchase, email julia@wellnesshampton.com and I’ll help you resolve it. Personal use only All digital products are for personal use only. Copying, reproducing, distributing, reselling, or sharing purchased digital products without written permission is prohibited.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all appointments and services booked through WellnessHampton.com. Booking & confirmation • Your appointment request is considered pending until it is confirmed. • You’ll receive confirmation and appointment details by email (and SMS if you provided a mobile number and opted in). • If you don’t see messages, please check your spam/junk folder and ensure your contact details are correct. Communication (email & SMS) • Email and SMS are used for scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and appointment updates. • Standard messaging is not monitored 24/7 and is not for urgent or emergency concerns. If you have urgent symptoms, seek immediate medical care or call 911. Cancellations & rescheduling • 24+ hours before your appointment: you may cancel or reschedule for a full refund. • Within 24 hours of your appointment: cancellations and rescheduling are non-refundable. • No-shows: non-refundable. Exceptions (limited) The following exceptions may apply: • Provider cancellation/reschedule: If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may choose a full refund or reschedule. • Emergency (case-by-case): A true emergency (e.g., ER visit, accident, immediate family emergency) may qualify for a one-time courtesy reschedule (or a refund at my discretion). • Technical failure on my side: If the session can’t take place due to a platform/provider issue on my end, you may choose to reschedule or receive a refund. • Duplicate charge/billing error: Any duplicate charge or billing mistake will be refunded. • Extreme weather/declared emergency: If travel is unsafe or a declared emergency is in effect, you may reschedule without penalty. Late arrivals • Sessions end at the scheduled end time. • If you join late, only the remaining time is available. • No extensions are provided, and the appointment is charged in full. If an appointment isn’t confirmed or canceled • If you submit a booking request and do not cancel it, the appointment may be confirmed automatically as the scheduled time approaches. • Once an appointment is confirmed, it is treated as a reserved time on my calendar and is subject to the cancellation terms above (including the within-24-hours non-refundable window). • If you need to change or cancel, please do so as early as possible to avoid fees.
