Hello, I’m Julia Bitton—a board-certified holistic health practitioner, traditional naturopath, integrative nutrition and quantum medicine coach, and bio and neurofeedback clinician. With a passion for helping others achieve balance and vitality, I combine personalized strategies like tailored nutrition, transformative quantum meditation, and advanced neurofeedback to address challenges such as anxiety, emotional eating, depression, hormonal imbalances, and more. In my free time, I love blending up a vibrant smoothie, enjoying a glass of wine, meditating, taking peaceful beach walks, or catching some waves while surfing. These moments of connection with nature and myself are how I recharge and stay inspired to help others on their journey to health and balance.

My Story

I’ve been helping clients as a naturopathic practitioner since 2007, and I truly believe everyone can live a healthy, vibrant, and energized life. My philosophy is simple: remove what is harmful and add what is beneficial. But this isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach—it’s about looking at the whole person: your physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and even social well-being. Each of us has unique needs—what nourishes one person may inflame another, and the path to wellness looks different for everyone.
Just like you, I’ve been there—trying to willpower my way through diets, counting every calorie, and tying my self-worth to the number on the scale. I used to think happiness came from being thin, and weight loss was simply a matter of eating less and exercising more. But I had it all wrong.
My unbalanced relationship with food and exercise wreaked havoc on my metabolism. I experienced insomnia, cravings, mood swings, binge eating, and complete burnout. I was stuck in a cycle that no diet or workout plan could fix because I was only addressing the surface, not the root of the problem.
Everything changed when I took a holistic, mind-body-soul approach to wellness. I learned to balance my blood sugar, heal my relationship with food, and shift my focus from deprivation to nourishment. As I began to feel better—physically, mentally, and emotionally—I realized this wasn’t just about food or movement. It was about aligning every part of myself, and that’s when my true transformation began.
Over the years, my practice has evolved. I started with a linear approach to natural medicine, focusing on diet, supplements, and exercise. While these are essential foundations, I’ve expanded my methods to address the deeper layers of health. Today, I use a multidimensional approach that includes meditation, breathwork, heart and brain coherence, neurofeedback, and the principles of quantum physics. I incorporate sound therapy and frequencies to help recalibrate energy systems, creating a powerful synergy between science and intuition.

My Goal

My goal is to help individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or out of balance take their first steps toward health and healing. I strive to guide each person in understanding their unique needs and creating a personalized plan that nurtures their physical vitality, emotional resilience, and mental clarity. Whether through addressing anxiety, emotional eating, insomnia, or chronic fatigue, my focus is on empowering clients to reconnect with their innate healing abilities and achieve lasting wellness.

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from Columbia University in New York City and a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine (ND) from the University of Bridgeport’s School of Naturopathic Medicine in Connecticut. Currently, as a candidate for a PhD in Natural Medicine at the Quantum University of Integrative Medicine (QUIM) in Hawaii, I continue to expand my expertise. With nearly 20 years of experience in the field, my comprehensive education and dedication to holistic health allow me to address the root causes of imbalance and guide individuals toward lasting wellness.

Coaching

I am a Board-Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Quantum Medicine Health Coach with a passion for helping others achieve balance and vitality in all aspects of their lives. My coaching approach is tailored to each individual’s unique needs, addressing physical, emotional, and energetic imbalances to promote sustainable wellness. By combining personalized nutrition strategies with the transformative principles of quantum medicine, I empower clients to overcome challenges, build resilience, and unlock their full potential for health and well-being.
