Welcome to Wellness Hampton, a private Holistic Health Practice in Sag Harbor, NY, where I work together with my clients towards their optimum health goals.

 

I am a firm believer that prevention is the best treatment. However, my clients often face preexisting health conditions, among them hormonal disbalance, gastrointestinal disorders, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, asthma, weight loss challenges, seasonal or food allergies, chronic fatigue, arthritis, chronic inflammation, chronic back pain, shingles pain, or acute ailments flareups, such as sciatica, neck and lower back pain, frozen shoulder, tight muscles, migraines, and tension headaches. 

My philosophy is that a holistic health solution doesn't necessarily imply a total Rx-free approach but rather works towards finding and addressing the root cause of a given health challenge and helping the body facilitate the healing process. By addressing the core issue of a given health challenge, a holistic health approach is a very effective solution to promote healing, enhancing the efficacy of prescribed medications, lessening the medication's adverse side effects on other internal organs, reducing the amount of Rx pills intake, and frequently, eliminating the need of drugs altogether.
